Today, we're proud to release one of the biggest updates to the None to Run iOS app in the past year!
We've partnered with movr to integrate running-specific warm-ups, cool-downs and recovery-based exercise routines to relieve tightness.
This collaboration provides None to Run'ers with the resources you need to enhance your running experience - making you feel better before, during and after your runs.
From the "Today" tab on the app, scroll down and tap "Stretching and Mobility".
There, you'll find various routines broken into three sections:
Each routine is approximately 5 minutes long and requires no equipment (except for one routine, which includes a foam roller).
We're stoked about this feature!
Runners get tight - especially when you're just starting out. Tightness and soreness are two of the main reasons why people drop out of new running routines.
Runner's Relief will guide you through a few short questions and provide you with tailored exercise routines to help improve how your body feels.
Here's how to try it out yourself.
From the "Today" tab of the app, scroll down to the "Get Runners Relief" section and tap on "Start Evaluation".
